Typically used on garage or storage doors, a half euro cylinder, also known as a single cylinder, allows for key operation on only one side of the door. These locks include the following security features:
- Anti-Snap – sacrificial cuts protecting the cam
- Anti-Pick – making it difficult to pick the lock
- Anti-Drill – steel pins in cylinder preventing drill attacks
- Anti-Bump – resistance from “tapping” attacks
These cylinders can also be keyed alike with extra keys available if required.
